This month is Halloween, which is a great reminder that our bodies are not enemies that slow us down, create shame, or remain flawed despite our Herculean efforts. They are fun! When you dress up this October 31st (‘cause come on, everyone should dress up), notice how nice it is to have a playful relationship with your body. This doesn’t have to mean being sexual; God knows there are more creative costumes than another frickin’ French maid! Try something totally unlike you in everyday life. Isn’t it nice to take yourself less seriously for once?
